Consultations help us understand your ideas and needs for the project. We meet and discuss what your looking for.
The best ideas often fail without a well-thought-out plan. That is why we invest so much the time and effort in truly understanding all aspects of project and determining what work will be necessary. From the beginning, we will gather all details, consider all potential questions and issues, and put together a comprehensive and accurate budget and plan.
Information gathered in Steps 1 and 2 lead directly into the development of a finalized project scope
and proposal. The scope/proposal will be discussed in detail with you and revised as needed before
moving on to Step 4.
If required by the city and/or county, we will work to quickly obtain the necessary permits for the project. We are well-versed in city and county codes and have a strong track record of success in expediting the permitting process so that your project isn’t delayed.
It’s finally time to start! In this step, we purchase the build materials and begin construction, following agreed upon designs and plans.
This step is for you! We know remodeling can come with a bit of stress which is why we work hard to minimize this. After the project is completed it’s finally time for you to sit back, relax, and enjoy your amazing new remodel.
