Our Process

Design

Engage with our architect and/or designer to create detailed plans for our addition.
Design Development: We worked closely with the professionals to develop a design that met our needs and complied with local regulations.

Regulations and Permits

We look into local zoning laws, building codes, and the necessary permits to ensure the project would comply with all local regulations.

Construction

Site Preparation: We prepared the site for construction, including any necessary demolition.
Foundation and Framing: Lay the foundation and fram the new addition.
Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC: Instal plumbing, electrical, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Insulation and Drywall: Instal insulation and hung drywall.
